for October

Jayden’s passion and commitment for DECA has been "through the roof" since she joined her school's chapter a couple years ago. She has committed herself to DECA by serving as her chapter's Co-President and by helping out with their Open Door Mission Project. Last year, Jayden placed third in her test at the State Career Development Conference and she was awarded a leadership Academy position at Internationals. Outside of DECA, Jayden is involved with her church, and spends time volunteering at local elementary schools. She plans on majoring in Biochemistry and Pre-Med in college and hopes to open up her own practice one day.

for November

Taylor Rippe has gone above and beyond to express her love and passion for DECA. As a member of Papillion La Vista DECA, she has attended and competed in both the Omaha Metro district competition and the State Career Development Conference. She was even able to organize a speaking engagement for the CEO of Inflection and the VP of Business Development and Strategy for her chapter. This event inspired DECA members and showed them that hard work really does pay off. Outside of DECA, Taylor is involved in FBLA, NHS, and is a member of the Senior Committee. She also spends countless hours volunteering and raising money toward projects like Hearts of Hope and Alex’s Lemonade Stand.
